2024 Ballot Buddy

The Ballot Buddy is a brief PDF form that you can print and use as a reference when you fill out your ballot. For each race the Ballot Buddy identifies our "Pro-Animal Picks" and provides questionnaires and voting scores. If the candidate is an incumbent, we have included their voting record while at the legislature.

Although the 2024 response rate was higher than in previous years, the overall rate was still low, around 45%. Candidates were given several months and multiple opportunities to respond to our survey questions. Whether the lack of a response indicates a candidate does not consider animal welfare a top priority is uncertain, and we leave it to you, the voter, to decide whether a candidate deserves your vote.
